If it was within the 60 days, after you enter the 1099R it will ask what you did with it. Pick you moved the money to another account even if you put it back into the same account. Then that will expand and you pick I rolled over all this money. Then it will expand to enter how much you rolled over. THIS QUESTION IS NOT BEING ASKED. Thanks!

If you indicated that the entire amount was RMD, TurboTax will not provide the rollover questions because RMDs are not eligible for rollover. If TurboTax asked and you indicated that the distribution was a nonqualified distribution, TurboTax will not provide the rollover questions because nonqualified distributions are not eligible for rollover.
Try deleting and reentering the Form 1099-R.
Windows Desktop Premier:
I tried it for a newly created IRA form, for a 40 yr old . Code 1 in box 7...and the follow-up questions do ask about that rollover.

Might not be asked if code G is in box 7 since that is a direct-transfer.
Haven't tried for a non-IRA pension situation (under age 73).
Haven't tried for a person older than 73 where both an RMD and a rollover might have occurred.
Thanks, I am over 65, and no rollover (G) just 7 normal distribution. Full disclosure, am CPA and past employee of TT. I may try to send email to old co - workers who still work there and see if they can replicate.
Hmmm, I don't see an issue in my Windows Premier Desktop
For a person age 68 (1099-R forms carried over from last year)
1) $3333 distribution from an IRA code 7.....it asks in the follow-ups
2) For a $35,000 distribution from a 401k..it also asks...even did a partial distribution & $5k rollover in this one to make sure the 1040 lines show properly.

In both cases I see the page like below, this one for the IRA (and more follow-ups asking if any $$ went to a ROTH)
Yes that is what I should be seeing, maybe it is because the Home and Biz program was not updated correctly, I see you are using Premier. Thanks again.
My Release # after this morning's update indicates rev 025 dot 000 dot 0230
same release number, I may have to uninstall, and reinstall, I am using desktop

Bingo! I had inadvertantly said all the rmd was attributible to the w/d, changed to partial, and got the question asking what I did with the remainder - thanks!
