I did the 2/26 TurboTax update for the Wisconsin retirement income exclusion, but my Wisconsin return is still being rejected.
Error: TY25_WI_Retirement_V2_Narrow
As per tech support instructions: firewall was turned off (to ensure the updates) and the program was run as Administrator. (Firewall has since been turned back on.)
Is anyone else still having the same problem?

Updates usually go out overnight on Thursdays, so I wouldn't expect it until tomorrow.
Same thing happened to me today. Instructions were to update today, 2-26-2026.
I did the updates this morning, watched as it said it was updating Wisconsin files.
Refiled as per instructions & was rejected again!
Updated per the 2/26/26 timeline. WI still rejected after multiple attempts.

Yes just submitted two Wi returns and both rejected. If changes don’t go through until Thursday nights don’t say it’s available on a Thursday! Frustrating.
I did the February 26 update as well and it was rejected again. I went thought the entired Wisconsin return manually and followed the instructions for schedule SB and they are correct. I also researched online to make sure I was not making any other mistakes. When I refiled it come back rejected again with the error code TY_WI_Retirement_V2_Narrow. When I go back into Turbotax the proposed fix is to apply the February 26 update. Are they planning on fixing the softeare again?
This should be fixed. Make sure your software is up to date.
If you are using desktop software you may need to do a manual update. Try clearing your Cache and Cookies and then try this link instructions.
If you are using the online software, Clear Cache and Cookies.
How long typically before TurboTax indicates the Wisconsin e-file was accepted? I did receive the email indicating the Wisconsin e-file was accepted. TurboTax still says it's rejected. I have checked for updates and the button "Check E-file Status." Thank you.
A reply I got from a tax expert on how to manually update TurboTax worked. My tax return has now been accepted
