Will Form 8915-E be available for people who took the Cares Act 401k Withdraw in 2020 without the penalty and decided to spread taxes over 3 years? If so, when?

There will not be an 8915-E for 2121.  It is being replaced with the 8915-F which is still in the draft stage at the IRS.   No telling when it will be released.
