Why won't turbotax accept the sum for health insurance in box 5 of my federal annuity 1099 R?

This 1099-R after entering all the Information dozens of times says "Needs Review." Now it no longer says "Needs Review" finally. But when I check to see if it actually accepted the sum in box 5 it has not, despite múltiple attempts.
