why it does not allow me to enter more than 4 income then it goes to deduction ?

Please clarify your question by providing some additional information so we can better help you. ‌Such as: Are you entering W-2's or other sources of income? What is TurboTax telling you? What TurboTax screen are you on? Did you try going back to your income section?

I entered 4 income information when I try to enter more income I select icome 1099 INT and click on add then I try to enter the informtion it goes to deduction and enter home taxes it does not allow me to enter more incone

I have turbo tax Delux what is the most income I can enter

There is no limit to how much income you can report in the TurboTax programs since you need to enter all the income you received throughout the year. 

From reading your description, I believe the program is mistaking your attempt to enter "interest" as an attempt to report interest you PAID, such as Home Mortgage Interest. 

If you are reporting interest you received, entering Form 1099-INT has gotten a bit sticky this season. 

•  Click Wages & Income and select "I'll choose what to work on"
• Select "Interest and Dividends" then "Interest on 1099-INT"  below that.
• The program may ask if you have any investments and you need to say yes, then you may need to select skip importing any financials before getting to the screen where you can select "Interest"
