If you are an employer, you had the option to defer payment of Social Security taxes. See Deferral of employment tax deposits and payments through 2020  for complete details.

If you are self-employed, you had the option to defer the employer share of the tax as well, The program asked about wages from March to December and if you wanted to defer the tax.

If you are a W2 wage earner, this does not apply to you.
