Why is my unemployment on form 1099-g not being included in my total income?

Does someone know why unemployment does not show up in income in turbo tax?

This amount will appear on your Form 1040, Line 6 and your Schedule 1, Line 19

You can view your Form 1040 within TurboTax by taking the following steps: 

1.) On the left-hand side of your screen, click Tax Tools

2.) Click Tools

3.) On the window that pops up, click View Tax Summary

4.) On the left-hand side of your screen, click Preview My 1040

If you scroll down towards the bottom of this page, your Schedule 1 will also be here. 

Your unemployment income should appear in both of these locations. If not, I would recommend going back through the unemployment income section of TurboTax and verify your entries. You could also delete your entry completely and re-enter it.
