Why is it asking me for a 1099-R address when I selected no and now I can't e-file

There is likely an empty, or untitled 1099-R back in the Wages&Income section..go back there and delete it.

1) If using the desktop software, you can also see it in Forms Mode and delete it there.

2) IF using Online software, you may have to access the "Delete a Form" in the Tax Tools section if you don't see it in the Wages&Income retirement section.
