Why is is that Turbo Tax doesn't seem to be including income amounts from Box 14 of my W-2, since I am clergy and this is where my income (stipend and auto allow.) are?

Box 14 only contains informational items that don't have direct effects. You have to check the box for "religious wages" on the page of special circumstances and then enter your housing allowance again on the next page.

Why is is that Turbo Tax doesn't seem to be including income amounts from Box 14 of my W-2, since I am clergy and this is where my income (stipend and auto allow.) are?
