why has my taxable social security income increased from earlier 2025 calculations?

The amount of taxable Social Security income on Form 1040 line 6b depends on the amount of other taxable income on your tax return.  The change from $14,366 to $19,546 implies that you added to your tax return at least $6,094 of other taxable income between these two observations of line 6b.
