WHY DOESN'T THE 1099 NOT LIST US OBLIGATIONS TAX REPORTING INFORMATION?

MY 20 PAGE 1099 FROM SCHWAB ONLY REPORTS DIVIDENDS EARNED FROM MY ETFs and MFs but I have to contact EACH ASSET CREATOR/MANAGER TO LEARN THE % OF CREDIT I CAN TAKE FOR US OBLICATIONS THAT ARE WITHIN THE ETFs and MUTUAL FUNDSs I own in MY STATE OF MARYLAND TAX FILING. GETTING IT FROM VANGUARD IS EASY: VANGUARD HAS A DOCUMENT:

U.S. government obligations

income information. THAT LISTS THE PERCENTAGE I CAN CLAIM AS A US OBLIGATIONS CREDIT IN MD RETURN.  THERE SEEMS TO ME THERE OUGHT TO BE  A BETTER LESS TIME CONSUMING WAY TO GET THIS INFORMATION! ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED.
