Why does TurboTax ask me if a distribution is part of a 403(b) plan or another type of qualified plan when I have already indicated the it is from a non-qualified plan?

How do I finalize my return when I keep being told to review and correct my distribution but no corrections are needed?

Box 7 of 1099-R has 7D. turbotax has 2 distribution code boxes, one for 7 and one for D. Then asks, "I have more than one value in Box 7". Is 7D "more than one value"?
