Why does my MA income and deductions summary show retirement payments of $820? There is nothing mentioning retirement payments on my W2. I have no other forms.

The retirement contribution is normally listed in box 12 on your W-2 form with the code "D" for elective deferrals to a section 401(k) plan, etc...

Thank you for the response. However box 12 on my W2 is empty. I don't know where this amount is coming from. The only information I have to enter is from my W2, I have no other forms.
