Why does it say I paid excess Social Security tax and I need to upgrade to Deluxe? I made $1675.08 and paid $103.86 (which is 6.2%) to Social Security.

Reduce the amount of SS taxes paid by $0.01 cent and it should resolve the problem.

It's because of rounding.  6.2% is actually 103.85496.  So .86 cents is too much.  Even one penny over from rounding will be excess.  So leave off the cents!
