, Why do I have to add a upgrade and pay $59 to receive a $15 credit it makes no sense

I am trying to file my return but it keeps saying I need to upgrade to a $59 product in order to receive a $15 credit for having a retirement account. That’s crazy make it make sense? I rather use a different app!!!!

Note that some include free state as well; that's important.

I don't have the Lifetime learning credit. But TurboTax forces me to upgrade to Deluxe and gives this as reason? How can I by pass this?
