Why am I having to wait for form 5329 when it doesn't apply to me?

Did you have a distributionl from a 401(k), IRA or pension reported on a Form 1099-R?  If so, were you under the age of 59 1/2?

No and I'm only 21

Delete the Form 5329.  Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen.  Click on Tools.  Click on Delete form
