In a way, the answer is "none of them" and "all of them".

If by "manage IRA required minimum withdrawals" you are speaking to having TurboTax calculate the amount you need to withdraw in a given year to meet that year's RMD for your IRS(s), then none of then will do that you need to do that on your own, though it's not really hard.

On the other hand, if your question really revolves around which product will allow me to report an RMD to the IRS, then any version can handle that.
