Which turbotax do i need? i am non resident retired and live in canada

I need to know which product and how to start.   i filed in the product because I had to but I don't know which one to use

what do you mean by "non-resident" ?  Do you mean you are a US citizen whom lives in Canada ( generally called ExPat ) or what?  OR do you mean you are a non-resident alien  who lives in Canada and has US sourced  income/pension ?

Any of the higher levels of the product would work for you.  My personal preference is to use CD or downloaded version of Home & Business---  but you may be able to getaway with  Deluxe or similar ( depending on how complicated your return is   i.e. your sources of income matter).  If you have rental income or  self-employment income or sole proprietor business income in the USA or in Canada , I would definitely opt for Home & Business level.
