You can enter tax withheld on your form 1099-B by following these steps:

  1. In TurboTax Online, open your tax return
  2. Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then on Wages & Income
  3. Scroll down to locate the section Investment Income and click on the arrow on the right
  4. Click Start next to Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other
  5. When entering your form 1099-B, on the entry screen, check the box  I have other boxes on my 1099-B to enter and more boxes will appear so you can enter the taxes withheld in box 4.

I have the same problem, and I don't see anywhere it asks me if I have other boxes on the form. If I switch to forms, do you know which line this would be?

@user17750876155 See screenshot.  Yours will be the same if you selected to enter the tax data from a Form 1099-B.

Oh, I see, you use the web version. I use a desktop home & business version. I just saw another thread, and it looks like it is missing on my version, but the suggestion was to enter it under "Estimated Tax Payment".
