If it's asking for an EIN number you are entering it in the wrong place. There is no EIN on social security SSA-1099. So delete it out of here and go to......
Enter a SSA-1099, SSA-1099-SM or RRB-1099 under
Federal Taxes (Personal for Home&Business)
Wages and Income
Then scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
Then the second line - Social Security (SSA-1099. RRB-1099) - click the Start or Revisit button
1040 line 6a is the gross Social Security amount and 6b is the taxable part of Social Security.
There is no Payer ID for a SSA1099. You are trying to enter it in the wrong place.
Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
