Where do i find the locality and the local income tax withheld on my 1099-g form?

on the turbo tax form its asking for "locality and "local income tax withheld" but on my 1099-g form there is nothing that says anything like that

The locality would be the abbreviation of the state that you received the unemployment from and you would leave the state tax withheld entry blank if there was none listed on your 1099-G form.

It's sounds like you're in the wrong place in TT.  As you said, there is not place on a 1099-G for local taxes.  Try skipping over it.
