IF you print out or save your tax file to a PDF with all the backup worksheets..

It will be shown on line 12 of the "Tax Payments Worksheet".

1099R withholding in box 4 shows up on 1040 line 25b.

Before filing, You can preview the 1040 or print the whole return

The total of all your withholdings will be shown on Form 1040 line 25d, with line 25b showing withholding reported on 1099s.
