Where do I enter the state tax amount paid as shown on a 1099R form?

Type '1099r' in the Search window, then 'Jump to 1099r'.

Enter your State Tax Withheld in Boxes 12-14 at the bottom of the page (screenshot).

I went through the filing steps bout 6 times trying to figure this out and don't think that I would have without this help. A prompt or explanation during the steps would be great.  Otherwise it is a great product and simple to use. Thanks!
