Where do I enter taxes withheld on a 1099R when processing taxes for a trust?

When doing the taxes for a trust using Turbo Tax Business, there is no place to enter taxes withheld on a 1099R.

In TurboTax Business, enter Forms Mode and open the Tax Payments Worksheet (see first screenshot).

Enter the amount of withholding on Line 2 of the Tax Payments Worksheet (see second screenshot).
