You would enter it in the same section you would enter a capital gain or loss. Within the income section, go to "investments and savings." There you will see
Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other (1099-B). You will have to use the form you have to answer the questions that follow.
But that section only asks about sales and this isn't a sale.
Actually this would be initially entered as a sale even though it isn't technically a stock sale. Enter the information as it appears on your 1099-B. Once entered, the information is properly recorded on form 8949.
