Where do I enter info for line 6 of form 8606?

It is not asking me for info on line 6 of Form 8606.

The easiest way to make this entry if to switch to the Forms view (Ctrl+2) and the use Open Form and search for "form 8606" then double-click on the Form 8606 you are working on.  You can then go directly to line 6 and double-click in the blue entry field then click the + on line 8 - Part IV, and fill in the screen that populates.  (see screenshots below)
