If you owe and you indicated you were going to mail in the payment then the payment vouchers & filing instructions will print out with the return ... look in the PDF of the return for both of these.

If you have a balance due from your federal return the payment vouchers should print out along with your return with the address and instructions. However, you could also click here and find the state you live in (the payment address is on the right). You could also pay online through the Electronic Federal Payment System by clicking here.
