There is no Payer ID for a SSA1099.  You are trying to enter it in the wrong place.

Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security  (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.

You mean the EIN?  If it's asking for an EIN number you are entering it in the wrong place. There is no EIN on social security SSA-1099. Delete it and enter it here,

Enter a SSA-1099, SSA-1099-SM or RRB-1099 under

Federal Taxes (Personal for Home&Business)

Wages and Income

Then scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security

Then the second line - Social Security (SSA-1099. RRB-1099) - click the Start or Revisit button

Unlike other 1099's, SSA-1099-R-OP1 doesn't have a receipient Tax Identification Number (TIN).

To enter your Form SSA-1099 in TurboTax, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Wages & Income section.
2. Look for and select Social Security Benefits (SSA-1099, RRB-1099).
3. Answer Yes when asked if you received Social Security benefits.
4. Enter the amounts exactly as they appear on your SSA-1099.

If you have multiple SSA-1099 forms, add the amounts together and enter the total.

TurboTax will then calculate how much of your Social Security benefits are taxable based on your entries.
