Where can I find the 2019 1099-Divs in my 2020 form?

Your 2019 forms 1099-DIV must not be entered on your 2020 tax return.

If you did not report these 2019 forms 1099-DIV on your 2019 tax return, you'll need to amend it to report them.

I entered that information in my 2019 return. I am usually able to see a list of last years 1099-DIVs to update for 2020. There is nothing showing up.

Are you in the same account?  It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online and won't automatically transfer to 2020.
