Im stuck in a loop and can't file my taxes. It says it will be automatic and that the update is done, but I'm STILL stuck.

Delete the Form 1099-R and re-enter. Answer the Covid-19 questions.

I've done that, and keep getting stuck on the same screen. Even after I've redone the 1099-R and my entire Wisconsin portion. This is what keeps coming up:
