When will Turbotax have the Wisconsin updates covering Cares Act Covid related IRA withdraw penalty waiving? Fed is updated but not state

Some states have not immediately conformed to the IRS penalty withdrawal waiver.  As a result, you won't be able to efile until these states are in full conformity with the IRS.

I saw another tread where someone stated that it would be 3/15.  They apparently called TurboTax support.

I just launched the app again, WI updated and the penalty is gone now, looks like they got it resolved!
