Sounds like something got stuck. You can try these things:
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
If you are using desktop, you may need to do a manual update.
Try clearing your Cache and Cookies and then try this link instructions.
The Form 1099-R section has been available now for three weeks. Update your software to the latest release
Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen. Click on Check for Updates
(For Mac, click on the TurboTax menu)
Thanks for your reply. I cleared the cache and signed out of the app. When I signed back in, I was able to download any updates and that fixed my problem. I appreciate the info you provided. It really helped!
