The IRS just published the 2017 PDF version of the 8606 form yesterday (2/2/18) that is needed to report that. The 8606 form refers to the 8606 instructions that the IRS has not published as of yet so there are no instructions as to how to report it.
The IRS must issue the electronic specifications (schema) for the form so companies like TurboTax can program the electronic version of that form, which then must be approved by the IRS, before it can be released. The estimated release for that form is 2/15, subject to change, depending on how slow the IRS is in approving the forms.
Form 8915, Qualified Hurricane Retirement Plan Distributions is scheduled for release on 3/8/2018. You can check the 1099-R section of TurboTax after the release date for updates.
Forms 8915A and 8915B don't even exist yet. There is a 8915 (the 2009 version) , but no 8915A or 8915B.
