When I try to add a second 1099R by entering info myself, I get a blank screen. How can I add it or do I have to wait until it's available for import?

When I try to add a second 1099R by entering info myself, I get a blank screen. How can I add it or do I have to wait until it's available for import?
This may be a browser issue. Clear cache and cookies from your web browser. Close the browser. Relaunch the browser. Sign onto your TurboTax account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
If the problem persists then change your web browser

That did not work, I've cleared the cookies and the cache more than once. Relaunched my browser (Explorer) and still get a blank screen when saying I will add another form manually.
