when i enter my sbd as not a 403(b) then it lists it as "other" type of acct on my worksheet - which then is flagged because it should be "not entry" but it's not a 403b

If you have code 7D in box 7 then please try this workaround from dmertz:

For code 7D, omit the code 7 and enter only the code D.
