What should I do if Box 7 in my 199-R form is empty?

Box 7 - Distribution code9s0 has no value. TurboTax does not allow me to continue without entering a value for that.

Contact the issuer ... box 7 must have a valid code in it.

Or is there a code 9 with zero amount next to it ??? If so simply don't enter the code 9 or the zero as zero is not a valid amount on this form.
