If you left out income that you received in 2019 and did not enter it on your 2019 return, then when your 2019 tax return has been fully processed, you need to amend it and add the income. The IRS receives information about all of your income--so the income you enter on your tax return had better match what was reported to the IRS by employers and financial institutions.
