What do you do if you have a Roth IRA embedded in your 401k?

It's not a Roth IRA, it's a designated Roth account within the 401(k).  Enter amounts shown in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax.
