Since the code in box 7 of each Form 1099-R is different but the Payer is the same this should not be causing a problem

Delete both of the 1099-R's and then re-enter each 1099-R manually.

I did! And it still causing the same problem. I don't know what to do:/

Then you will need to report this issue to TurboTax support so the can forward this problem to the software developers.
