You WILL get a 1099R. And it has to be entered on your tax return. They are issued by the end of January or early February. It might be mailed to you, or you might need to go on the plan's website to get it.
To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
You have to contact the plan administrator for the Form 1099-R as they are legally required to furnish that to you. They may also have a website where you can access the form.
Or they just have not yet mailed the form to you. Normally the forms are mailed sometime in January or early February.
