What do I do if I got 2 1099-R forms from the same place? Add them together or put them in individually

I turned 65 so my TRA sent 2 1099-Rs because I was on disability and they switched it to retired at 65 do I enter separately of add them together

Enter them separately. They most likely have different distribution codes in box 7.
