If your W-2 has an amount in Box 10, Dependent care benefits, contact your employer to correct and re-issue your W-2 if the amount should be zero.
Did your employer provide child care? If so, the amount in box 10 is the value of the child care that they provided in their own facility, or the amount they paid for child care at an outside facility. In that case, enter it as shown on the W-2.
If your employer did not provide child care, and you did not have a dependent care FSA, then it looks like it's a mistake. As HelenC12 said, you have to contact the employer to get it corrected.
