We recevied 3 1099s from SSA. How do I report spousal benefits from SSA when the SS number on the 1099 is mine but the benefit went to my husband?

If the SSA-1099 lists your social security number, you should report it as your benefit on your return.  By not doing so, IRS will note the error.  If you think this was reported this way, in error, by the Social Security Administration, you should contact them to get clarification.
