We have a 1099 from different entities for entertainment, but Turbotax will not allow me to add a 1099 for her income, only mine or hers not both. How do I add her 1099?

If the 1099 is in yours wife's name and Social Security number you will need to set up a separate Schedule C for her income and expenses.

Schedule C businesses show as belonging to one spouse or the other, not both.

You can create a separate Schedule C for your wife to claim her income and expenses.

Go to Federal

Wages and Income,

Then scroll way down to Business Items

Business Income and Expenses - Click the Start or Update button

You should see the Business Summary page that lists your businesses, right below the list you can Add Another Business
