You can use TurboTax to adjust quarterly estimated taxes to more nearly match your 2019 income expectations. Type W-4 in the search box and click on jump to W-4. Answer No to the W-4 adjustment screen and continue on with making changes to your income for 2019 in the estimated taxes screens.
