We closed a roth ira completely and got money back will i need to include this if i havent recieved documentation from the company regarding taxes?

Yes, you will need to include this distribution from your Roth IRA on your return. The financial institution has until January 31st to send out the Form 1099-R to you.
If you have not received the tax form you can call the financial institution or in some cases, you are able to go online to their website to download a copy of the tax form.
