We both have roth ira's. We took some out of then but did not add to the Roths in 2016. We are both retired. Are there any changes to filing the Roth ira'a for 2016?

You should still have a 1099R and you would enter this in TurboTax.
The money from the Roth's when retired is not taxed. There are no changes to 2016 impacting this.
The income (non-taxable) may impact some other items on your return, such as sales tax deduction.
