Fill out the Social Security entry screen with the information on your SSA-1099 form.  The Medicare premiums paid are listed in the big box, Description of Amount in Box 3 on your form.

In TurboTax, on the Social Security entry screen, you are asked to enter the following (in order):

• Box 5 - Total Net Benefits
• Box 6 - Federal Tax Withheld
• Medicare B Premiums
• Medicare C Premiums
• Medicare D Premiums
