Using Prem 2017. have 2 1099’s for svs I provided & Premier places in Biz Income. Prob; 3/4 of 1099 was paid to others. Premier doesn't allow for write off? help.stuck?

Yes, you may report the amount you paid others as a Business Expense (commissions is one possibility). 

The income from Form 1099-MISC is reported on Schedule C. The easiest way to find Schedule C in TurboTax is to open your return and use the Find/Search box at the top right side of the TurboTax header. Enter "schedule c", hit Enter, then click on "jump to schedule c". This will take you directly to the start of this section where you can set up your business and enter/update your income & expenses.
