Turbotax says I must complete a box on Form 1099-R . When I do so, it is not accepted. Vanguard tells me no 1099 forms were issued. How do I submit my tax forms?

What box is it telling you to complete?

If you took a distribution then a 10999-R is required. If yiu has not distribution and not 1099-R then just delete they unnecessary form.
